Anna Grimal is an illustrator that lives on the Costa Brava, the home of her inspirational creations. Her illustrations have a slight touch of innocence about them, are very feminine and are also related to the natural world that surrounds her. She also produces illustrations related to modern-day concepts such as cinema, literature and music. She always uses soft-coloured pencils for her illustrations, which are characterised by their rounded and sinuous qualities.
As well as working on personal projects, via which she lets her ideas run free, converting them into original patterns, pottery or illustrations; she has also worked for the La Vanguardia newspaper, Wienerin Magazine, We Transfer and loves doing privately-commissioned projects.
